    From the moment you enter, the girls at the reception are waiting for you with a smile, very friendly. Great facilities, a relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to go about your daily activities. A Pilates program that can't be improved because I have a great instructor. Anna Miękus, I'm just starting to practice Pilates, but thanks to her it's much easier and more enjoyable, and time flies by. Anna is very patient, she explains why and what each exercise is for, the importance of each posture, it's great to have her as an instructor. So YES, a place totally recommendable.
