GYM CIRCUIT WORKOUT

A workout of the crossfit type, where we perform exercises walking on the circuit.  The exercises are so varied that it is impossible to get bored and the intensity increases with each subsequent round. Different working hours and different intervals put the body in the interval mode where calories are burned at a higher level. Exercises are performed using the body weight as well as cardio machines, and also with an external load received individually.
