She gained her experience in various CrossFit clubs, progressing from a class participant, through an intern role, to her current position as a coach. Her work is regularly supervised, ensuring the highest standard of service.
She continuously develops her skills and coaching techniques by taking part in individual training sessions. During her school years, she was actively involved in volleyball, equestrian sports, and swimming.
Her main interests focus on strength training, particularly CrossFit, as well as the impact of nutrition on athletic performance and overall endurance. She is also passionate about supplementation, Pilates, yoga, and relaxation and breathing techniques.
